Preparation of final tender document for a 285000 square meter Family Park. The project consist of 12 speciality buildings placed inside a fantasy green family park, these buildings are mainly: Arts Centre, science centre, Five senses building, Amusement village, Food court building, safari area, Ibis restaurant, children nature centre, Country-side Village, Jungle Café, Facility building and Technical and Maintenance Building. In addition to three electrical substation buildings, Kiosks, Entrance Gates Buildings, Under Ground Reservoir, Lifting Stations, Lake used as irrigation reservoir with it’s under ground pump room, rapid ride river and different out-doors games, kids play ground, adults UP and Down play area and several fountains with it’s mechanical rooms. The project estimated construction cost is about 300,000,000 L.E.

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

Investigate and Study the situation of the existing public utility network surrounding the project area with respect to availability, reliability, expandability.

Preparation of final tender document for the infra- structural works related to the project and the Electro-Mechanical works for all buildings including:

Water supply and storage system.

Drainage network (rain & waste) comprising a group of lifting stations.

Fire fighting network

Fully automated irrigation network, including irrigation reservoir, pumping station and distribution network

Electrical power distribution network, including electrical substations with total power demand of about (4.2 MW) and stand by power-plants with total capacity of about (1.2 MW)

Street and area lighting

Telephone networks and other low current systems including central fire alarm system, central data network, Sound and public address system, CCTV system and central antenna television system.
