We offers design and operation guidelines for projects pursing sustainable goals to help in adopting green building practices and coordinating for LEED certifications, and for tenants in Core & Shell projects.
We also provide site, climate, resource, and material studies for projects, and provide comprehensive documentation on the conditions of each project based on its location, and prepare strategies to be implemented to achieve the projects sustainability goals.
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING
Green Building implementation is aiming at reducing or eliminating impacts of building design, construction & operation in order to achieve Sustainability goals. These goals are hard to be achieved without understanding and analyzing the current environmental circumstances where the building is located. Our Environmental Engineering Management service is being established to assist our clients in integrating the Green Building Process as well as meet local environmental code requirements.
Environmental engineering is the branch of engineering concerned with the application of scientific and engineering principles for protection of human populations from the effects of adverse environmental factors; protection of environments, both local and global, from potentially deleterious effects of natural and human activities; and improvement of environmental quality.
