The project is a land mark unique design six story double height building with total built-up area of about 300,000 m2 and a foot print of about 50,000 m2 constructed in the middle of a 540,000 m2 land plot over looking the most eye catching monument of Giza the great Pyramids.

RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

Preparation of complete design drawings for the main and surface automatic irrigation system.

Preparation of performance specification for the same.

Preparation of complete design drawings for the irrigation booster system.

Preparation of complete mechanical design for the irrigation water reservoir.
